Creating Alert Rule in Integration Builder

Dear Experts,

I want to create an Alert Rule in Integration Builder, but I can't find the option in ID for creating new Alert Rule, we have PI 7.3 dual stack. Am I missing anything here.

Found the answer: creating Alert Rule in ID is not available in PI 7.3 which is the one we have it is available in 7.31.

But I am just wondering how to assign an Alert Rule to a specific interface?

Which alerting you want to configure?? CBMA based or Alert Framework based? both have different configurations.

In CBMA you can assign the interface like below.

Seems CBMA can help my case: create email alert for a specific interface, but is it only available after 7.4?
