During the Post goods issue batch is removed from handling unit

Hi

We have issue during the PGI for outbound delivery, when we perform pgi.

Batch number is removed from Handling unit.

Can any one help me on this

RCA this issue is material master data is not marked for batch management for the receiving plant with this STO delivery.

Can you describe that in more detail, eventually even listing each step you do for the PGI.

What happens then, do you get an error message, which one?

step 1: delivery created

2. picking and packing is completed

3. I opend HU batch number appearing in HU for the main material

4. PGI is processed

5. reopen the HU, Batch number is not appearing in HU

And what was posted in the goods issue? Was the right batch removed from inventory? is the batch visible in the material document?

This is replenishment delivery and batch is updated in material document which is same as in delivery.

the same batch is in Handling unit, after goods issue this is cleared or disappeared from HU.

Which field in HU you are referring where after PGI the Batch number disappears

VEPO-CHARG and the same batch is cleared in HU

I mean on the handling unit screen where do you see that. before or after could you please share the screen

Hi Manish,

if you see front end screen in HU,

Go to tab: "Conts" right after additional data tab

Table : HUMV4- CHARG
