Hi Gurus,
I have a problem, which has been getting stuck for many months, finally I decided to land up on SCN to resolve this issue.
Issue is SE80 docking container is fixed and does not get expanding. I tried it lot and it is user specific. It works fine on other user ids. Ref. to screen shot below-
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Please check if the registry value below exists:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\General\Appearance
"FlatDockerBorderActive=0"
If it's set to 1, set to 0 or vise-versa.

Thanks for your reply!
I don't have any access to application server and one more thing this only happening to mine user id and on development server. On Quality/Production it's working fine.
May you please suggest something technically/process-wise i.e. I am ABAP developer, if need, as you would suggestion, I will send mail to client.
