Vistex - Chargeback and Billback

Hi All,

I am new to Vistex . Can you please tell me the difference between a Chargeback and Billback . I mean if we take a Manufacturer , Distributor and Customer . In Both the scenarios , the distributor claims the amount from the manufacturer , so what is  the difference between the two or am I not understanding it correctly .

Kindly explain the difference . If  some examples can be given to explain it with will be a great help .
