Risks are not Showing At The Stage of Compliance Approver in Fiori

Hi All,

We are not able see any risks for the roles at Compliance Approver Stage.

But the role internally having risks, but in Fiori its not getting populated.

We found the Note  2087442 - Fiori Compliance Approver cannot display Risks  for the correction.

But we are unable to implement the note, as it's throwing the below error:

SAP Note does not contain valid correction instructions

Can anyone help on this?

Hi Premalatha,

What is the version and support pack of your GRC system? Seems, the note contains a correction for GRC 10.1 (for a support pack lower than 8). Does that match with your system?

In case the code correction is really missing, I would raise a message and ask SAP support/development team.

Our system version and package levels as follows:

Component	Release	SP-Level	Support Package
GRCFND_A	V1100	10	SAPK-V1110INGRCFNDA

We have created an OSS ticket, but still no response from Development team.

Kindly help in this.

Hi Premalatha,

Okay, your system is already at SP10. This explains why you were not able to implement the note.

If you can exclude an incorrect configuration, you have to wait for a response of the development team. They can provide new notes and corrections in case of code related issues.

Finally we got the solution.

Need to maintain the below parameters in the GRC system:

Config Param Group: Performance

Config Param ID: 1125

Change the configuration value to: NO
