WM HU stock differences due to wrong packed qty in UD

Dear experts,

Now we have a case is here

The GR of inbound delivery , qty is 3500, but in the inspecton lot  , the packed qty write is 8215..

so after PGR .  the  stock is 3500, but in the HU .  the  qty is 8215.

in the humo

in the wm im

the stock is 3500...

then i found a note 660009, they said the IM WM is ok .hu Difference . can use a report RHU_STOCK_DIFFERENCES.

but as i run it .

information is there is no differences were found!!.

So would you help how to fix the difference between WM and HU?

check the PC to EA conversion in the material master for the product,

in the screenshot shared by you, can see the difference in between UoM in between the inspection lot and packed Qty.  ( Inspection lot quantity appears in PC and the Packed qty appears in EA hence you are getting two different number (if you will check the conversion then it should be same   3500 pc = 8215 ea)

No need to run HUDIFF

the mater date is 1 PC = 1 EA

in the first pic , the inspection lot qty is 3500 pc, and the packed qty is 8215 PC.

the unit all are pc . I think this is the reason.  not the conversion of different unit.

Could you please share first screen is from which transaction and what is the base unit of measure for this product

Sorry for the network. the first screen is QA13. Display UD.

the base UOM is PC.
