Hi ChaRM Expert,
We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP 10.
RFC is stuck due to no Document type in Scope assignment block and the status is "Approved".
So,I just want to know where we can do the restriction like no one can approved the RFC without Document type.
Please suggest me the standard process or is it any bug.

Thanks for reply.... but theissue is resolved.
I am able to change the status manually with transaction analyzer.
Login with Admin role
1. Select the Service Operation>> Transaction Analyzer
2. Click on edit button and drop down the status and select the status manually and Save it.
