crm production server down

Dear all,

our sap production server is down. we restarted the server and tried to connect from gui level its throwing the error. i am attaching the logs and screen shot for your reference. please give some solution its urgent .Our production is completely down.

If this is urgent, create an OSS incident. Don't rely on SCN for urgent "production down" issues...

Hi Venkata,

Provide log details from OS level in /usr/sap/<SID>/DV*/work .dev_w0* and dev_disp .

It will help to find the cause of the error.
