unable to delete supply chain unit

Dear All ,

                   The supply chain unit deletion log in SLG1 gives the below error . SCU is defined as type 1003 and there is no corresponding location in /sapapo/loc3.

@5C\QError@ Error while deleting supply chain unit SP1000

@5C\QError@ SCU SP1000 is still used in delivery environment

the error message itself says clearly that SCU is used in some delivery, take care of that first and then you can delete.

Anyways why you need to delete the SCU and you should be very careful for such things, it can cause several other errors and inconsistencies in the system.

error message "@5C\QError@ SCU SP1000 is still used in delivery environment" denotes that you have some delivery where SCU (SP1000) is attached please have a look on that

Hello Shubh,

the supply chain unit is still used in one or multiple deliveries in EWM. Therefore it can not be deleted as otherwise this information would be missing in the delivery.

The supply chain unit can be maintained in transaction /SCMB/SCUMAIN.

Is your SCU assigned to a warehouse? You can check in table /SCWM/T300_MD. Then it will most likely be part of deliveries.

You can e.g. check in table /SCDL/DB_BPLOC an enter you SCU in field LOCATIONNO to see in which deliveries it is used (there are also some othre database tables, but this is the most likely how to find the corresponding deliveries).
