I Received a business requirement to create these 2 business scenarios
1st: one sales order – multiple delivery notes – multiple invoices
2nd: one sales order – multiple delivery notes – one invoice
To achieve this business process, should the copy control from delivery to billing at item level be changed to achieve this requirement?
any good pointers?

Regarding delivery, how you client want to split the delivery, is it because of different material type or based on line item. please give me more info.
You need to change data transfer requirement in copy controls
