Hi,
My company is implementing full SAP including GRC, but the implementers indicated that the Process control can only be implemented as release 2 because the business processes would have been defined and designed?
Please assist at what stage is Process Controls suppose to be implemented during the core SAP implementation?
Thank you.
Hi Rebana
I would agree with what the implementation guys have suggested as once you have designed your business processes in other modules of SAP like Financial accounting, sales & distribution, etc.. it would be easier to conclude as to what would be the automated controls in SAP GRC, what would be the design of business rules, what data to fetch, which exceptions to capture...
Hope this was helpful.
Regards
Prateek

Hi Rebana,
You can start the design of the controls parallel with the design of the business processes. In configurable business rules the data will be stored regardless in common tables if you don't go for heavy customization.
