Hi all,
Currently I am configuring VAR SolMan and faced issue with email notifications functionality. Support team need to receive email notification about new ZMIV incidents are creeated in system.
I configured Support team determination with BRFplus tool. Also I maintained Action Profile for "ZMIV_VAR" and Condition Configuration for "Incident Management Message for VAR".
Also, I maintained email binding in BP transaction for 1st Level Support team.
However, anyway no emails are sending for support team. Even there are no records about transmission requests in SOST transaction.

Please check SLG1 logs for the background or any errors.
Also check the Assignment block "Processing Log" to know the details of the action executed and logs therein.
The action you must be looking to is "SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT"
