Syclo Agentry Production Server interruption

Hello All , We are facing issue with Agentry Production Server interruption. Issue : User got stuck in iPad with current Sync very frequently . Ex : Login to Server.... and then not communicating anything with Agentry Production server . and this issue we are frequently facing to resolve this we need to restart server but after 2-3 days again same problem comes. May we know , Why it stop responding very frequently ? what could be possible reason ? Server Info : Agentry 6.0.22.0 Application Version : Production Version From Logs I have found below main information : com.syclo.agentry.BusinessLogicException: ComponentIssueSteplet JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space not sure its because of JAVA Heap Space Thanks in Advance . There was a known issue with the iOS client filing to connect ot the Agentry Server.  Please upgrade to the lastest (and last) version of Agentry 6.0 server.
