500 SAP internal server error for Personas 3.0 SP01

Hi,

We have been getting the below error in google chrome browser when personas services has been enabled. All required system configurations including parameter setting has been done as per SAP notes. But still we are facing the same error. It would be helpful if some insights for resolving the error would be shared.

System component versions:

SAP Basis 740 SP011

SAP Netweaver 7.4

Kernel 742 Patch level 200

Hello Preethi,

Do you see a ST22 short dump? Or any error message in dev_wXX trace files (via ST11)?

If this is a system core dump then it might be necessary a kernel upgrade.

Hi Cris,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

As suggested we have checked for short dumps and trace files. We did find short dumps. Attaching the screen prints for the same. To add on we are on HANA DB 1.00.097.

Would be helpful if you could share dome insights in resolving the error.
