Hi,

I am getting error in VMI  communication channels in PI dual stack 7.3. It requires integration to an site but some erractic it is  throwing error. Means some times it and sometimes it throughs error automatically. The error is shown as below:

Error: Cannot check the existence of remote directory '/outbox': Possible causes: SFTP connection is broken or remote file/directory is in use: : inputstream is closed (Software version: 3.0.17)

Please let me know if any logs are required.

Hi Jagadish ,

As this is not a permanent isse , it is showing erratic behaviour .Is it ok to go with  the parameter "skipRemoteDirCheck" can be configured with any non null value.
