Print in laserjet Problems

Hi all,

I'm facing problems printing some forms in SAP ECC 6.0.

When we try to print in a local printer, via SAPLPD, the form is printed in a normal way, but when we choose a printer in the type device list (that is linked to the same printer), the print is cut. The LOGO is different too.

Has anybody faced this problem before? I think that is a configuration and driver problem.

Hi Rocha,

You are right, This is a driver issue. There are some OSS notes related to these.

You can check the OSS notes 683605 for futher info.
