Hello experts,
I'm having an unknown error ..i had configured stms successfully and i could also transport requests from dev->qas successfully. But by the time when requests transporting from qas->prod transport request can be released with out error but nothing reaches in import queue ..and my landscape details: dev and qas are in one system and prod in another separate system..while i'm searching i could found an error possible behind the unsuccessful transport that is checking transport groups..
and any ideas experts???!! Please share your valuable thoughts..

Hello Glenn,
Thanks for the reply..
central transport directory is in PRD server. While i'm checking transport tool for dev and qas i'm getting the same warning..but PRD trnsport tool check is working fine..that is PRD domain profile version is updating but for DEV and QAS it is not..! Any suggestions??also i had gone through the thread https://scn.sap.com/thread/988023 but issue remain still..
Hello Anand,
How can i share the Dev server sapmnt with Prd server user SAPservicePSP? after all these are 2 different servers..all i can do is adding SAPservicePSP user to sapmnt folder resides in PSP system.common transport directory is in PSP production system in which the transport group and domain are configured..!
Anoop,
I could understand from the error that your landscape consists of two different transport directories.
one is DEV and another PRD(PSP).
The error in Dev is searching for profile in development server where as according to you it should be looking for PSP which is common transport directory.
There is no connection between them.
You need to connect two domains.
Regards
Anand
Hello Anoop,
I remember i had addressed same query some time back
At that time it was stated your company had two transport directories.
you should check following SAP note.

Hi Anand,
Thanks for pointing out that ..But we have configured only one domain controller that is in production PSP and the trans dir resides in Production.and i said before that in transport tool parameters TRANSDIR is same for 3 systems..https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/14/c795388d62e450e10000009b38f889/content.htm this link is for connecting 2 separate domain controllers right? Do i need to change the current cts config and make one of the DEV or QAS in development server as Domain controller and try to link already configured PSP domain controller in production server ?
