Report to find ITSM Tickets for a specific categorization level

Hello,

I'm using ITSM in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and I'm looking for report to find ITSM incident by searching by Multicategorization level.

In CRM_UI, In Search Incident, it is possible to use "Category text" but it is a concatenation of many multicategorization levels.

I would like something where I can find ITSM incident by Categorization Level 1 only for example.

Do you know if such a report exist ?

If not, I have tried to find the tables that are evolved. I have found that my incidents stored in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and the

multilevel categorization stored in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_CA but I don't see the link.

Could you help me ?

Hello, there is an option to look for incidents with a special category. You can use "Category ID":
