First check the pricing procedure, in pricing procedure you have to maintain pr00 pricing condition and go to vk11 ( condition records) here maintain the price for pr00 condition.
You might have maintained condition records but this condition type might be ignored as requirement is not satisfied. Please maintain condition records by using VK11 if you didn't maintain.
