Hi All,
We have a BW system running on HANA 97.02.
The statistics server has been migrated successfully to index server.
The status of database is not showing properly in tx. DBACOCKPIT.
Tx. DBACOCKPIT -> Current Status -> Overview
The overall status shows "Some services are not started" and alerts tab says "Alerts cannot be displayed".
Warnings on bottom of screen:
<SID> statisticsserver is not running
<SID> statisticsserver is deactivated
<SID> statisticsserver.ini -> [statisticsserver_general] -> active = false
Kindly help in resolving the issue.
Regards,
Ramakanta
PS: We have maintained dbcon entry with the <SID> info.
Hello All,
Thanks for your inputs.
The system is Running on a Single node and all the services were RUNNING.
The issue got resolved after applying SAP Note : 1925684.
Now DBACOCKPIT is showing the alerts/status of HANA database.
Thanks and Regards,
Ramakanta

Hello Ramakanta,
There could be a variety of reasons for this.
Did you follow notes 2092033 and 1917938 verbatim ?
Additionally, is this is single node or a distributed node ? If it is a distributed node, please have a look at note 2091256.
Please have a look at the notes mentioned and let us know how you get on.
ps: Just for the future, you'd be better off opening HANA related messages in the HANA forum.

Amerjit
