Need help for marketing attributes to be replicated from SAP CRM to Hybris system ?

Hi All,

Need help for marketing attributed to be replicated from SAP CRM to Hybris system. We had maintained the RFC connection between both the systems but still the data cannot be replicated. Could anyone help us with the settings and also the program in Hybris for manual replication.

Hi Bharath,

Thank you for the response and also read read the thread .But we have not done the following steps before , Could you please guide us  in the steps below

1. Bring the "marketing attributes" data into a HANA table first.  You can do it manually or use SLT to do this.  Let us assume that HANA table will contain "customer ID, attr1, attri2...etc"

2. Build a HANA view (attribute view will be sufficient to start with on top of this HANA table.

3. You have to add the HANA view to existing segmetation profile in the customization (SPRO)

          3.1. Define aliases for SAP HANA data sources

          3.2. Assign SAP HANA Data Sources to Segmentation Object
