Hi,
Indicators for response profile is priority. When transaction create, service and response profile assign automatically at SLA assignment block.
SLA dates aren't calculated when transaction save. If select 'Edit' mode and change priority, SLA dates are calculated.
How do I make this calculation transaction being recorded for the first time?
Open transaction and save
Select 'Edit' mode for transaction and change priority
That problem is solved in the following way. We use ZMIV/SMIV transaction type. Transaction type was changed as ZMIN/SMIN and date profile was ZMIN_HEADER.
