Dear Experts, Good Day!

We have deployed the SAP Inventory Manager 8.1 for Maximo ( Maximo application is Clustered Environment) and using WinCE client, few of the devices getting communication error 14 after 'Checking Complex Tables' (Attached the Error Screen Shot), tried multiple time transmit still saying the same error. On the same device tried to hit the respective Websocket URL getting the successful application socket availability message 'I am here' on the device.

Upon resetting the client it is working perfectly fine.

The events.log shows the following error message:

The error 14 indicates that for some reason the socket is getting closed.  You can certainly try using the latest SDK SP10 PL06 client to see if it behaves any differnt.  If resetting the client seems to fix the problem you may need to open a ticket with support.

Thanks Bill for your quick response!

I have raised the incident with the SAP, Also got the SDK SP10 PL6 and installed the client on few devices, Will monitor the behavior and update on the same.
