Cannot load selected Universe

After connecting to the BI Platform and selecting a universe, the following error message is displayed:

"Cannot load selected universe: [[error.dataSourceStrategyResolutionFailed]0]<DSL>,<>".

Has anyone had this issue before?

Hi - did you install the universe query panel extension and which version of Lumira are you using?

Hello,

Lumira Client 1.27 patch 1, Lumira Server 1.25.

The query panel extension is indeed installed, but when we try to use is it gives us another error, namely:

"Error in the query panel: No concrete session factory registered for this type: connectionMode = *;scheme = cmc".

Hello - 1.27.1 is an old version; I cannot recall but there may have been additional patches

Plus your desktop version and BI platform version for Lumira are out of sync; I wouldn't expect that to work completely

Could you try downloading the latest 1.29 Desktop version and see if you experience issues?  I also recommend going to 1.29 on BI platform to stay in sync
