How to include incident category in message overview (STWB_INFO)?

I want to include the category of the incident in the message overview (STWB_INFO). However, this field is not included in the column set.

Any solutions?

hi Sofie,

I dont think it can  be included in STWB_INFO.

the best possible way of using it is by Solman_workcenter where you will be having option to Categories it according to the Category.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I think that you are right.

The start page of the webui (sm_crm) offers the possibility. However, that is not where I need the information...
