Hello All,
I am using Document builder in
which when i create a document and release it, a standard workflow(WS40400006)
is triggered and in turn it triggers sub workflow WS40400005 and its
approve/reject task(TS40407950) is created as you can see in the attached image
below. After this we check in workflow log and technical details of the log
generated, where the image shows 'Approval Agents' and 'Agent_001' has entries
filled. But in the 3rd capture, when clicking on agent for the document
approve/reject, "no selected agents' error appears below. I have checked
the SBWP multiple times of the ID which is given in 'Approval Agents' and
'Agent_001' but there are no work items in the business workplace.
I need help ASAP. Somebody who
needs more details and knows about it, kindly reply.

If Agent is maintain then it is SAP standard workflow then check below setting workflow template.

--> In approval workflow step, agent assignment setting must be activated ( with Green color). Once you active in development, it will be stored under customizing TR which you have to transport to next system.
