dynamic target group

In Hybris Marketing any target group created from Segmentation Model is called Dynamic group. I have Question about its data update. If new customer is added or any old customer's certain attributes start matching segmentation model criteria will targeted group data will update automatically or i need to recalculate and save again as new target group.

Hi Surabhi,

If a customer matches any criteria in Segmentation model it will not update in Target group that you have created.

Two things need to be done,

1. Choose recalculate option in Segmentation Model.

2. For target group of dynamic you have an option for taking Snapshot, click snapshot and it will be updated with new customer.

For configuring Target group values for 'dynamic/static' and for snapshot function go to

spro-->SAP hybris Marketing-->Segmentation-->Target Group--> Set Defaults for Target Groups
