BPM design help

Dear Experts,

I have to work on BPM design on below requirement.

I have 2 source systems and one target application. Source system will provide the 80 % of the data and Source system provide remaining 20 % data which target system needed.

PI need to connect to the Source System 2 using the input from Source system 1 and merge both systems data and send it to target application.

For example :

Source System 1 contains the Employee details except  Mobile and Address details.

Source System 2 contains the Mobile and Address details.

PI has to receive the employee data from Source system 1  and call the Source system 2 by giving the Employee number which you received from Source System 1 as input to Source System 2 and  merge the response to the data which receiving from Source system 1 and send it to Target System.

Please provide me the BPM design approach .
