Change sid<adm> db2<sid>

Hi SAP Gurus,

I'm new netweaver administrator in my company, and the former netweaver change passwords from erp <sid>adm and db2<sid>, an he goes out from company and last week I asked about the new passwords, and now He doesn't remember.

How can I change this user's passwords, if I'don't know the current passwords?
