Hi Guys

I am facing error in upgrade sp16 in SLM .

All queue imported successfully and stop in XPRA stage

gives me this error

DB inconsistent: file attributes for SAPK-S7220INCTSPLGN not found

Please let me know if anyone face this issue and resolve it .

Hi,

Please make sure that the file is available in the normal transport structure data folder and also the eps/in folder.

If that is already present, kindly send me the entire error message from the log file.

Hi

I didn't select CTS plug sp 20 in queue . I don't know why it is asking sp20 for CTS plugin latest CTS Plugin sp is 16 which was already updated.

and nothing catch up in any log file

Hi,

In the import queue, can you please check if the SAP-20016INCTSPLUG request is calculated again in SPAM.

Please create the Z_UNPACK_CTSPLUG according to the note 1978218 which has a slight different reason. This program allows you to recreate the files. After that you can restart SPAM.
