As far as I know we cannot do it. You have to create a new RfC.

Thanks for response but I have already created Admin change,In that admin change i was change the component but the new component is not reflected in RFC scope assignment block.
So,I just want to know why it is not reflected in RFC scope assignment block,Is there any standard rules or something else.
Please guide me.

Suppose component (eg 4113) is created in scope assignment block and I have changed in AC with new component (eg 4225) but the (4225)component is not copied in place of 4113 in RFC Scope assignment block .
When we change the component it should be copy the same in scope block because these are synchronized.
