Hi All,
In solution manger Support messages when we try to change message status we are getting this message.
present status is Escalated to level 2. and component is SD.(find the attachment of screen shot).
pleas help us to fix this issue.

please check your status in the status profile (Transaction CRMBS02) by double clicking on it.
The following must be set to prevent the error message:
This prevents the error in the future, but it does not solve the problem with already existing tickets.
We usually just ignore the tickets and create new ones since this error occurs mostly on development systems.
