UI5 runtime libraries upgrade to 1.30.9

Hi,

We have installed SAP NW 7.40, SAP_UI has SP 13 ( 1.28.6 ).

We want upgrade the UI libraries to 1.30.9. So planned to upgrade 1.30.9 using UI5CLIENT30P_9-80000549.ZIP UI5CLIENT30P through

/UI5/UI5_UPLOAD_PATCH_TO_MIME program. But for this 1.30.1 is a prerequisite and we are not able to locate the patch 1.30.1.

Kindly let us know the details to achieve the UI5 1.30.9

Hi Sree,

could you solve the issue? I am having a very similar problem, only difference is that I am already on SAP_UI SP 14 and client libraries 1.28.13. Need to update to at least 1.30 to run a custom Fiori app.

In theory, a new Support Package for SAP_UI should do the job - however, so far there is no newer Support Package than SP 14 available.

Any ideas?

Hi Sree, Hi Ringo,

Did your heard about the maintenance strategy and update strategy of SAPUI5 (resp. for the UI-Add-On? Details can be found in note 2217489.

SAP_UI 7.40 SP13 is the first SP of the maintenance phase. So if you want to get SAPUI5 1.30.x or higher you need to upgrade to SAP_UI 7.50.

Minimum installation requirement for SAP_UI 7.50 is SAP_BASIS 740 SP08 (see also note 2227501).

SP00 contains SAPUI5 1.30.x, SP01 already SAPUI5 1.32.x
