Hi Abhijit

It could be authorization issue.

In APO authorization it might have defined to have only display access to respective planning bok.

If you have the display access then you would unable to see the change/edit button.

You can check the respective roles authorization details via T-code PFCG or suggest to contact you authorization team.

Please let us know if this information helps you.

Thanks

Amol

Thank you AMOL and Abhishek!!!!!

We have different planning area for different planning book.

So could you please help to find out if the planning are is locked.

The mentioned program does not give any lock entry.

So is there any other option present where the planning area is in display mode.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Abhijit

did you checked the valid suggestion from Rahul?

If you have different Planning area and Planning books, I think really the issue could be only due to Authorization topic.

Please reach out your authorization team to reconfirm it.

Thanks

Abhijit,

Do all the 4 Planning Books share the same Planning Area? If the answer is No, then the Planning Area for the Planning Book of concern maybe locked.

You can run the report /SAPAPO/TS_LC_DISPLAY_LOCKS and execute it for this specific planning area to see the lock entries.

Hi Abhijit,

As already mentioned by Amol check for authorization. Along with this make sure in this planning book you have KFs which are available for editing. Sometimes all KFs are for display option and user is in edit mode but thinks they have no authorization.

Rahul
