The webpage cannot be displayed error in tcode SM04, SM50, etc

Hi Team,

Recently we stopped some startup programs in our Local PC and after that when we are opening SAP and running tcodes SM04 and SM50, we are getting the below error. We are not able to see total no of users logged details in SM04 and no of work processes in SM50.Please do help.

Hi Jainer

1. Is system having proxy settings in the web browser? just check the IE settings

2. If possible restart the SAP system and then check the same ..

Dear All,

Thanks for your help, i reinstalled SAP GUI and the issue was solved. However i feel i deleted a particular SAP file sometime back and hence the error.

Could you ping sap server from your PC with hostname?

There are a lot failures in SM50. Do you know why its happening ? Could you check your wp logs? Use can use ST11 t-code to view dev logs

Also, what is your server OS? It's first time I see process ID with comma
