Transaction Type missing while creating Normal Change

Hello All,

I have copied standard normal change transaction type SMMJ -> YDMJ, but while creating normal change in SM_CRM , YDMJ entry is missing from select transaction type webpage dialog.

I have done service desk customizing entry as below.

Field name                               Field Val

PROCESS_TYPE_ADD           YDMJ

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Please add entry as below in service desk customizing.

Field name                               Field Val

CHARM_ADD                            YDMJ
