Invalid Reason Code ID in GRC Firefighter

Hello Everyone

I am getting an error while logging through a firefighter Id - Invalid Reason Code Document ID .

Although reason code is created and maintained in my NWBC client and my logical system is maintained for that reason code .

Can any one please let me know why am I getting this error?

Thanks for reverting back to me, We got the issue ,there was some specific Numbers allowed in Description of the reason code while trying to login through Firefighter Id , If we put other than the specific Numbers it gave us Invalid reason code document Id .
