IS-H module can be implemented in a company?

Dear all,

i have read alot about IS-H and found it is related to hospitals mainly

we are a company with medical care department

we have a contract with medical insurance company that provide us with list of doctors and hospitals and pharmacies that our employee patient should go to them

some procedures can be done by our medical care department :

transfer form to a hospital or a doctor

approval form for a surgey as an example

claims of hospital , doctors and pharmacies

can we implement IS-H in our company upon the previous ??

Dear Mr. Nabil, many thanks for reaching out.

Reading the described characteristics IS-H (SAP's Industry Solution for Healthcare Providers), basically can cover the required.

But using either IS-H or another SAP solution depends on the type of your organization and the intended business purpose.

So, IS-H is tailored to support health organization like hospitals to better manage patient administration, patient services documentation but also handle the patient billing/accounting process highly efficient and without disruption.

But it seems you are not these kind of organization so why not having a open conversation in general to sort things out and probably extend the view into employer and/or company related scenarios if applicable.
