SICF Report about Logon data

Hello,

we have a problem with a service user, which is only used in SICF.

There must be service where the wrong password is set, because the user is locked sometimes.

Does anybody know a report in which I can check where the user is used?

Regards,

Bastian

Hi,

if report RSICFCHK does not return any value then this also means that SICF services are running with Standard option and not with Required with Logon Data.

As shown below...please check..

Hi

I think you can enable the user auditing(Using SM19 to set & SM20 to view).

Hello Anita,

this report sounds good, but doesn't give the correct answer.

I don't know how this report works, but our active z-services are not listed...

Hi Bastian,

There are number of ways how this can be done:

1. SM21: Check the system logs with this user to get details.

2. ST05 and ST01: Traces can also give you a detailed info of the same if you activate it for only the concerned service user.

3. In SU01 or SU01D, check the User Logs. This will give you the users/activities/service responsible for this.

4. You can also increase the logs level and get more info on the user's activities. For more help on this you can route this to your SAP Basis team. I am sure they can help you.

Thanks.,

Hello,

the locking of the user is second-rate (didn't happen any more), our team needs a report that gives us informations about which users are deposited ìn the services...
