Hi Experts,
I need your expert advice in below scenario
We have implemented ChaRM for our landscape and in one urgent change document we are facing one issue, multiple statuses are active for this change document because of which document is not showing right schedule condition on current status
could someone please suggest how to delete multiple active statuses of ticket in solman or if you can suggest any other option to deal with this kind of scenarios

Hi Rahul,
Please check User status table TJ30 and reset the values accordingly. Also you need to check the Action Profile details too. Change the User status values as per requirement and set the status value change conditions according to requirement.
