Hi Yulia,

You can create simple query report with needed data (tcod SQ02/SQ01) using tables VBRK/VBRP.

Hi Sergey,

thanks for reply, but for now I'm not authorized for using tcode SQ02 or SQ01.

in this case you can use list of billing (tcode VF05) but there is no select for single document.

Alternatively you can use the data browser (tcode SE16/SE16N) and create your layout with needed fields.

Hi Yulia,

It is not possible to export the data from VF03 to excel. Instead, you can export the same data from tables for billing document. Some of the tables are VBRK (This is for billing document header), VBRP (Billing document item) and VBPA (this is for Partner functions) etc.... Goto the T.Code SE11 or SE16 or SE16n and enter the tables. Enter your billing document number and execute. you can download this content to excel.

Alternatively, you can use reports VF05 or VF05n and this content can be downloaded to excel.

Krishna.

Just adding to what Krishna said, you should use table VBRP (sales document item) as well. This will contain item level data such as price per item, quantity etc.

The best thing is to write a query in SQVI - join tables VBRK and VBRP using the billing document number as a foreign key.

Use the selection criteria you want - Billing document number, company code sales organization, customer number etc.

In the output fields, select the fields you want in your report from the list of available fields in VBRK and VBRP.

Next, when you run the query, you can download the data into an excel spreadsheet.

Further, you can create a custom transaction code for this query so that the user can use this tocde to get the relevant data, instead of using SQVI.
