Q2 Notification

I want to clarify if it is possible to have the author field BUNAME-QMEL in the subject tab of a Q2 notification. I have checked the screen areas 035-037 and have found Vendor and Manufacturer only.

The author appears in the Q3 notification . Please confirm if this is  correct. Thank you

Hello Anup,

If you need the Author in the Subject tab for Q2 notification type, you can use the Person Responsible slot available in the notification partner configuration. This field is available in the screen 010 "Processing".

All you have to do is the following:

1. Add the partner function AO "Author" to the partner determination procedure of the notification type Q2.

2. Select "Author" in the partner functions for the slot Person Responsible in the partner configuration.

This will make the field Author available in the screen 0010 as a replacement of the field Coordinator.

Now if you still need both Coordinator and Author, you can add a new screen using the custom screen number and assign this screen to the Subject Tab.
