in CN41, i can choose the fields but not able to save the layout. every time when i open this report, i have to select the fields again. So we started using CN41N whr we can save layout.

But, in CN41 we can get Perid breakdown report which we can not in CN41N.

Does anybody knows, Can I save layout in CN41 or can i get Period breakdown report in CN41N.

When you have adjusted the layout, please follow menu path:

Evaluation -> Save Profiles;

or just click 'Save' button in the tool bar then choose 'Save Profiles';

then you can enter your layout name in Profile 'Displayed fields' and

save it. The new layout will be automatically set as the default layout

for corresponding PS Info Profile.

There is also an explicit IMG activity OPTU to customizing the profiles

for the displayed fields:

IMG -> PS -> Information System -> Technical Project Reports -> Define

Profiles for Displayed Fields -> Structure overview -> input a new

profile name for creation or an existing one for change

After that, in the output of the report, you can click 'Get

Profile/Variant' button or follow menu path:

Evaluation -> Get Profile/Variant

to change the subprofile 'Displayed fields' in order to get your layout.

The layout can be set to default via IMG activity OPSM:

IMG -> PS -> Information System -> Technical Project Reports -> Define

Overall Profiles for Information System -> double click the Profile ->

double click the Overview profile 'Structure overv' -> input your layout

in Subprofile 'Displayed flds'.

Period Breakdown is not yet available in CN41N
