Unable to browse tags on SAP PCO -OPC HDA Interface

Problem 1:

We are trying to connect Exaquantum Historian with SAP PCo through OPC HDA interface.

We are able to browse the available servers in SAP PCo but unable to browse tags in SAP PCo.

On testing with OPC HDA Client Tool,we were able to connect to OPC servers as well as browse tags(Ref: EXAOPCHDAClient.PNG).

Available servers on SAP PCO is shown in the attachment(AvailableServers_OnPCo.PNG).

Landscape:

OS: Windows server 2008 R2

SAP PCo 15.0 SP04.

Source System: Yokogawa Historian R2.80

Interface: Yokogawa Exaquantum OPC Historical Data server

Problem: SAP PCo is listing the available OPC HDA servers, but unable to browse tag list in PCo.

Additional Info: Historian and SAP PCo installed on the same machine.

Problem 2:

One more problem is Agent instance runs in SAP PCo but when I create data server in MII,the status is"Agent is stopped".

     1.While creating the data server,MII lists the available agent instances in SAP PCo.

     2.After enabling the data server and checking the status it is showing as stopped.Agent status in SAP PCo is shown in the attachment(Agent_status.PNG).

NOTE: URL works in IE http://hostname:50050/PCoManagement

Please suggest us some solution.
