Hi,
Can we copy text description =or= Internal note from ZMIN to ZMCR and ZMCR to CD during follow-on document creation?
Appreciate your response.
Hello, Srini.
Yes you can copy texts to follow-on document.
Check SPRO node "Follow-up Document Creation".

Hi Srini,
Just expanding on Artem's response, go to Follow-up Document Creation and then Specify Mapping Rules for Copy Control. Select the appropriate source transaction type to target transaction type entry (ZMIN --> ZMCR). Make sure that the Text check box is checked for this entry, Then select Text ID Mapping under Copy Control Rules. Enter the source text type and the target text type. For ZMIN, description is text type SU99.For ZMCR, the description of change is text type CR01. If you want to also copy ZMIN text type Internal Note, add another entry mapping ZMIN SU04 to whatever text type you want on ZMCR (CR01 for description, CR05 for change request internal). You can repeat the same for mapping text from ZMCR to ZMMJ/ZMHF/ZMAD where the text types used may be CR01 description of change or CD03 general note.
Please let me know if you further details.
Kindest regards
Paul
