Hello Sunil,
Go to your OS level of Development system and ping the IP address of PRD. If ping is working, also try doing telnet to the IP address of PRD.
If the ping or telnet is not working then ask your network team to open the Port of PRD system to allow the development IP address to make connection.
Once this is done, your RFC destination will work fine. If both telnet and ping are working fine then check if you have configured the details?
Also check if the Public IP address of Development system has been allowed in your PRD system.

Hi Experts,
The problem solved,
The port 3302 was blocked we opened the port
we add Host Public IP in the Host file of the windows
the RFC worked fine
thank you all for help

Hi,
Error code 10060 is completely related with the network.Suggest you to follow above recommendations first in terms of firewall, network connections at your end.

Hi Roy
if you can ping DEV IP from PRD to see if the two servers can reach together
check if there some network security or in the DEV server

Hello Sunil,
If your hostname, IP address and port number details are correct in your RFC destination and the hostname and IP correctly exist in the cloud server /etc/hosts then it's seems quite likely it's a firewall issue.
