Hello Mohammed,
Please check if against any of the transport requests in the import queue there is no client. It should be in red. You need to remove those TRs.
Then the import button will be enabled.

Hi Ezzat,
It TMS configuration , Hope you did any changes, here you are not able to See Import truck, check for any client is Specified to TR or any Unassigned TR is there , if so please assign it to the Corresponding TR to the Client, then the Import truck will be visible .

Hi Mohammed,
You need to get rid of green arrow mark for last two transport request. You need to correct that before you start import request.
