customer partner function table without names

I try table KNVP, but can't get the name of ship to address, my objective is to get ship to address name (RF02D-VTXTM)  not ship to code, how to achieve this?

do you need to get the partner details from the sales order?

In that case, use VBPA and pass the sales order number, item and partner function = SH to find the ship to code. Pass this field to KNA1 and read NAME1.
