Hello All,

This issue was resolved after oracle client upgrade to 12.1 version. In this upgrade, oracle db is at 12C level and oracle client version was 10. so there was compatibility issue and system was not able to connect to DB.

After upgrading the oracle client version to 12.1. Issue was resolved.

Thank you all for your support and guidance.
