Four system landscape with two development systems.

Hi all,

Currently we have an three system landscape of standard format DEV->QA->PRD.

And we are about to add HCM time management to our existing HR payroll system .For which they are planning to have a new Development system so that it doesn't disturb the existing Payroll setup in the system .

We are going for a second Development system because the new implementation has many client independent settings , hence they are planning to develop and test it in a separate development system .

But my question is can we have two development system in a landscape , as I have read that a TMS can have only one consolidation route.

Is the following STMS configuration possible ?

Please help me on how to proceed with this requirement.

This concept is new to me , I would like to find more about this and whether it is feasible to our scenario  .And will let you know .
